- All of our products ship from our warehouse in the US.
- Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days from shipment.
- We ship same day on most orders placed before 11 am PST., 12 Noon MST., 1 pm CST., & 2 pm EST. Monday through Friday. Please note there may be days when orders do not ship same day due to high volumes of orders, or uncontrollable factors suck as weather and carrier pick ups. We always do our best to get your package out as quickly as possible.
- Once your order ships you will receive your tracking by email. You can also access this information at anytime in your account.
- We are closed Saturday and Sunday and major holidays.
- Due to such a small timeframe for same day shipments emails to change/cancel/combine orders may not be honored. If you do need to adjust your order please email us and we can see what we can do.
- We do our best to make sure our inventory is accurate at all times. If an item you purchased is however out of stock or on back order, we will contact you by phone or email to make arrangements for your shipment. However if it is expected to arrive within 1-2 business days and we cannot get ahold of you we may hold your order to ship complete.
- My Vinyl Direct will not be held responsible for delayed shipments by carrier. Your package must be lost/missing for 14 days. If your package becomes lost or missing, we will be required to file a claim with the carrier (if you purchased insurance) before reshipping goods. We will happily send a new package immediately but it must be paid for upfront. Then we will refund the first package once found/returned or claim approved by carrier.
- We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to customer error. If such packages do return to us the customer is responsible for the reshipment shipping fees to send out again.
STANDARD SHIPPING includes USPS and Fedex Ground. We will choose the best method based on your order size.
Please note we do charge sales tax on all orders within the state of Idaho.

We are happy to accommodate express shipping. Orders that require express shipping must be placed by noon MST. If you need your package quickly please leave a note in the checkout message box that you would like to upgrade your shipping method and we will be in touch.
Shipping insurance is available at checkout. You will see a Standard Shipping option and also a Standard Shipping option with insurance.

Orders exceeding $100 and shipping Internationally will be subject to exact shipping rates after purchase is packaged and weighed. We will contact you by email once your package is ready to ship and invoice you for the additional fee.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTICE: Your order can take up to 45 days to arrive. We ship by USPS for International orders and we are not responsible for any additional fees or custom fees due by your country. Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to additional taxes and duties. Once we process and ship your order, it is no longer in our control and factors such as customs and international mail services can affect the time until it arrives to you. Please only contact us if your shipment has not arrived and it has been longer than 45 days.
My Vinyl Direct allows up to 10 days upon delivery of order to report any defective, damaged, or missing product(s) for support in resolution. Any requests after 10 days of delivery will be denied.
- YOU MUST CONTACT US TO REQUEST RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
- We are happy to exchange your vinyl or refund you the price paid per item within 30 days of purchase (must be delivered back to us no later than 30 days after purchase). Items must be received in brand new unused condition. We will inspect them upon return and then contact you regarding your refund/exchange. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returns that do not result in an exchange/credit. If the return is a result of our error we will supply a prepaid return label.
- Please contact us through our contact page or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization and instructions for your return. If the error is on our part we will certainly make it right. Please allow 7-10 days for your credit to appear after we receive your return.
- Please note we do not refund your initial shipping fees, and return shipping costs are your responsibility. We will inspect your return before issuing any refund/exchange. We do not accept returns on machines and software. If you have a problem with your machine please contact the manufacturer for warranty. Orders that shipped free will have the shipping charges deducted from the order total before refund is processed.
- Vinyl cutting machines and digital downloads/software are non-refundable/returnable.
