*Factors may occur to delay your order ship date including but not limited to back order items, weather issues, mailcarrier pickups, high volumes of orders, holidays, etc. We always do our BEST to make sure your order goes out as quickly as possible. We make no guarantees to arrival date. Those of you who order from us regularly know we are reliable and we ship quickly. Some orders may ship on Saturday. We do not ship on Sunday and Holidays.
Due to such a small timeframe for shipments emails to change/cancel/combine orders may not be honored. If you do need to adjust your order please email us immediately after placing your order and we can see what we can do. However do note that this may cause a delay in the processing and shipment of your order and we may not be able to process your said request.
We do offer local pick up in you are in the Ammon/Idaho Falls, ID area. We will email you when your order is ready for pick up, and give you further instructions. Please note we do not have a retail front and we only allow pick up during specific hours Monday through Friday.
We do our best to make sure our inventory is accurate at all times. If an item you purchased is however out of stock or on back order, we will contact you by email to make arrangements for your shipment. However if it is expected to arrive within 1-2 business days we may hold your order to ship complete.
My Vinyl Direct will not be held responsible for delayed shipments by carrier. If your package becomes lost or missing, we will be required to file a claim with the carrier (if you purchased insurance) before reshipping goods. We will happily send a new package immediately but it must be paid for upfront. Then we will refund the first package once found/returned or claim approved by carrier. We are not responsible for incorrectly typed address', if your package is returned to use due to your input error you will be responsible for new shipping charges to send your package back out to you.
STANDARD SHIPPING (shown at checkout) includes USPS and Fedex Ground. We will choose the best method based on your order size. If you need your order shipping upgraded please leave a specific note in the message box at checkout. Example: "I would like to pay to upgrade my package to Fedex overnight." Once we get your order pulled we will contact you for the additional fee associated with the upgrade.

* $60+ international order info: Additional shipping will apply and be processed after checkout dependent on cart contents. This is due to weights and sizes of large orders. Sometimes this may not apply, if it does we will contact you when your order is processed.
*Larger weight items that are purchased with International shipment: such as vinyl cutter machines, large cup purchases, or transfer tape rolls may change your shipping cost. We will contact you after purchase to discuss shipping if you have purchased larger weight items and the shipping you paid does not cover your shipping cost.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTICE: Your order can take up to 45 days to arrive. We ship by USPS for International orders and we are not responsible for any additional fees or custom fees due by your country. Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to additional taxes and duties. Once we process and ship your order, it is no longer in our control and factors such as customs and international mail services can affect the time until it arrives to you. Please only contact us if your shipment has not arrived and it has been longer than 45 days.
