1. What can I buy at My Vinyl Direct?

We carry a large line of vinyl products used for crafting along with blank items that you can personalize. We do our best to only bring in items that will be available on a regular on going basis to ensure you can get them when you need them for your business. We add new inventory all the time so make sure you check back to see what is new. We now offer digital cut files.

 

2. Do I have to create an account to see my orders?

Yes. You will want to create an account when you make a purchase with My Vinyl Direct. That way you can always log in and see the status of your order. You will also receive email notifications when your order updates. You will also have great additional benefits such as: cart save, wishlists, tracking, and more. If you do not create an account you will still have access to your order information but it will come to your email only.

 

3. What payments do you accept?

We accept paypal and credit cards (not amex). No paypal account required to make a purchase.

 

4. How quickly do you ship? Which carriers do you ship?

As quickly as we can! While we cannot control the volume of orders we are experiencing you can know we want to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. We want you to be crafting in no time at all. We ship with USPS and Fedex. Carrier is selected by order size and weight and at our discretion.

 

5. Do you offer returns?

Yes we do. If you would like to return/exchange(store credit) any item(s) please contact us for return authorization. We will give you instructions for sending your items back. Please note we only allow 30 days from date of purchase to return items. *Digital items & clearance items are non refundable. No exceptions.

 

6. What if I got a defective item?

Please contact us immediately for resolution. We require that all claims be made within 10 days of delivery. If you submit a claim after 10 days it will be denied.

 

7. Why am I not getting order notifications to my email?

Please check your spam and make sure you add us to your safe list in your email provider to ensure you get our notifications of purchase. Also please make sure you are checking your correct email. Many times you used a different email with purchase.

 

8. Where do I download my digital files?

When you make a digital purchase, you can access your files within your account. Just go to the appropriate order and find the item. The download link will be there in the text. PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased other physical items you will not be able to download your files until they ship. If you choose to checkout as a guest you will have the opportunity to download your files right on the confirmation of order screen. Please watch for this.
