HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? TOP
We ship the most economical way to save you money. Our Standard shipping includes USPS First Class and Fedex.  We will choose the best method based on your order.

We ship your order from our shops in Utah and Idaho.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? TOP

We offer same day shipping on all purchase made before 1:00 pm MDT Monday through Friday.  We do not ship Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. We ship from Utah & Idaho. We do not offer local pick-up at this time.

If an item you purchased is back ordered we will contact you by email to make arrangements for your shipment. 

Our standard shipping services includes USPS and Fedex ground. We will ship your item at our discretion via one of these services based on your package size and your location.

Your package will arrive in approx 3-5 business days.

You will receive a shipping notification to the address on file with your payment when we have shipped your order.  You can follow your package from there.

My Vinyl Direct will not be held responsible for delayed shipments by carrier. If your package becomes lost or missing, we will be required to file a claim with the carrier (if you purchased insurance) before reshipping goods. We will happily send a new package immediately but it must be paid for upfront by paypal or credit card. Then we will refund the first package once found/returned or claim approved by carrier.

We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, so please take that into account when estimating your shipping time.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS? TOP

We want you to be 100% happy with our vinyl!  That's why we are happy to exchange your vinyl or refund you the price paid per item within 30 days of purchase (must be delivered back to us no later than 30 days after purchase).  YOU MUST EMAIL US TO REQUEST A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Items must be received in brand new unused condition.  We will inspect them upon return and then contact you regarding your refund/exchange. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returns that do not result in an exchange or are returned without an return authorization.

Please contact us through our contact page to request a return authorization number and instructions for your return. If the error is on our part we will certainly make it right.  Please allow 7-10 days for your credit to appear after we receive your return.
 
Changed your mind after you placed your order? Please contact us immediately. You may be able to cancel it, however if your order has already been pulled/packaged it is subject to a 15% restocking fee. If it is already shipped it cannot be cancelled.

*Please note we do not refund your initial shipping fees, and return shipping costs are your responsibility. We will inspect your return before issuing any refund/exchange.  We do not accept returns on machines and software. If you have a problem with your machine please contact the manufacturer for warranty. Orders that shipped free will have the shipping charges deducted from the order total before refund is processed.

*Vinyl cutting machines and digital downloads/software are non-refundable/returnable.

Certainly. We would be happy to accommodate your requests. Simply contact us through our contact page and let us know what you are looking for and we can discuss options.

WHAT KIND OF QUALITY CAN I EXPECT FROM MY VINYL DIRECT? TOP
We only sell high quality vinyl.  As sign makers ourselves we know that high quality materials are key when it comes to your vinyl cutting business or personal use.  In fact it's the same vinyl brand that big brands package up and sell at retail craft stores at a very high mark up. We bring you the exact same quality at a very affordable price point. Our materials are always fresh and never sit on the shelf for long periods of time. Ensuring you get the best when you order from My Vinyl Direct.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL? TOP

Yes, we do! You are welcome to shop on our site and add all your goodies to your cart. Then at checkout it will display rates to your location by clicking 'international'. However pleae note that orders over $100 may require additional shipping fees and we will contact you after purchase if this is the case. If your order is going to be over $100 feel free to reach out to us for a shipping quote prior to purchase.

DO YOU OFFER COUPONS? TOP

Yes, we do! You will want to keep up with us by email newsletter which you can sign up for here (on left sidebar) or on our Facebook wall. You never know what fun things we have in store so make sure you subscribe so you don't miss them!

Unfortunately we cannot honor expired coupons at this time. Also we cannot apply coupons to previous orders. Most coupons have a set expiration date so make note when you see them and use them quickly! Coupons make for a great time to stock up! :)
